Delete your account

Boss Talk 101 · Paint Your Heaven LLC

You can delete your Boss Talk 101 account, and the personal data linked to it, whenever you like — in the Boss Talk 101 app, on this website, or by asking us.

In the app (iPhone, iPad and Android)

1. Open Boss Talk 101 and tap Me.
2. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

On the website

1. Log in and open My Account.
2. Under Delete account, tick the box and choose Delete my account.

By email

Can't log in? Email info@bosstalk101.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We'll delete it and confirm by email.

What's deleted

• Your login (email address and password)
• Your member profile — name, display name, title and photo — and your community profile
• Your member access, including Bosses Only access
• The app's saved sign-in on your device

Deletion happens right away and can't be undone.

What's kept

• Records of merch orders and subscription payments, as required for receipts, returns, tax and accounting.
• Comments you posted may stay up without your name or photo. Ask us and we'll remove them.

Have a Bosses Only plan? Cancel it first in Me › Subscriptions (or My Subscriptions on the website) so you aren't charged again.

Delete some data, keep your account

Change or clear your name, display name and title in Me › Profile & settings, or make your community profile private there. To remove comments or anything else, email info@bosstalk101.app.
