ATLANTA FANS SHOWED UP FOR OUTKAST AND WAFFLE HOUSE’S CAN’T-MISS COLLABORATION

Atlanta’s hip-hop legacy and Southern comfort food came together when OutKast and Waffle House launched a limited-edition collaboration on Friday, October 2. The partnership celebrated the duo’s Atlanta roots with artist-themed menu choices, a collectible physical menu and a special apparel collection inspired by OutKast’s music.
The launch centered around the Waffle House near Centennial Olympic Park, at 135 Andrew Young International Boulevard NW in Atlanta. The event began at 10 a.m. ET, with online merchandise becoming available at 11 a.m. ET.
A limited-edition souvenir menu brought OutKast references to the Waffle House experience. Its special selections included dedicated André 3000 and Big Boi options, along with an “ATLiens” tribute marking the album’s 30th anniversary era. The design also nodded to Big Boi’s memorable “Gator belts and patty melts” line from “So Fresh, So Clean,” connecting the group’s catalog with the restaurant’s Southern menu.
Fans at the launch event could take home limited-edition physical menus and complimentary coupons while supplies lasted. The collectible layout gave the collaboration a keepsake element, bringing together OutKast’s music and Waffle House’s place in Atlanta culture.
The partnership also included a limited-run apparel drop, with T-shirts and hoodies featuring “Gator Belts and Patty Melts” graphics and references to OutKast’s songs and albums, including “Ain’t No Thang.” The clothing gave fans another way to celebrate the group’s legacy through designs inspired by its classic lyrics.

Made up of André 3000 and Big Boi, OutKast helped bring Southern hip-hop to a global audience with its inventive sound, bold style and unmistakable hometown pride. Waffle House has built its own place in Southern culture, serving familiar favorites around the clock and becoming a recognizable gathering spot across the region. Their collaboration turned those shared Atlanta connections into a menu, merchandise and launch event made for longtime fans.
