BOSSTALK 101 REVIEW: WEBBIE REPORTEDLY DOING FINE AFTER STAGE SCARE AS HE CELEBRATES HIS 41ST BIRTHDAY

The excitement was felt throughout Dallas Saturday night as Southern rap legends Boosie Badazz and Webbie reunited for the Boosie and Webbie 20th Anniversary Black Tie Experience at the Winspear Opera House.
The Louisiana pair returned to the stage with grown-man energy, timeless Southern anthems and the chemistry that helped define an unforgettable era in hip-hop. Fans dressed for the occasion and came ready to celebrate more than two decades of music, culture and brotherhood.
For many in attendance, this was more than a concert. It was a reunion with the soundtrack to their lives.
The celebration took a frightening turn when Webbie reportedly collapsed during the performance. Concern quickly spread throughout the building and across social media as fans waited for updates on the Baton Rouge legend’s condition.
Thankfully, close and reliable sources tell Bosstalk 101 that Webbie is doing fine today. According to accounts shared following the incident, Webbie later returned to the stage and helped finish the show—a moment that brought relief and renewed excitement to the crowd.
The positive update arrives on an especially meaningful day. Today, September 6, Webbie celebrates his 41st birthday.
During a new Bosstalk 101 Review, E CEO sat down with recurring guest Dre From Around The Way to discuss the concert, Louisiana’s cultural influence and the importance of protecting the artists who have given so much to Southern hip-hop.
Dre reflected on Louisiana culture being one of his first major experiences outside the East Coast, while E CEO expressed Bosstalk 101’s deep respect for Webbie, Boosie, Pimp C and the Southern movements that helped reshape hip-hop.
The conversation also opened the door to a larger discussion about men’s health. Entertainers are often expected to perform through exhaustion, pain and personal struggles without showing vulnerability. Moments like this remind everyone that the people behind the music are human and that their health must always come first.

Saturday night ultimately became a celebration of resilience, Southern hospitality and the lasting bond between Boosie, Webbie and their fans. The pair gave Dallas a grown-and-classy experience filled with nostalgia, maturity and music that continues to connect generations.
Happy 41st birthday to Webbie, and Bosstalk 101 continues to send prayers, love and positive energy his way.
