This week’s Bosstalk 101 Small Business Spotlight shines on one of Dallas’ most influential nonprofit organizations — The Urban Specialists, led by CEO & President Antong Lucky, a powerful voice for faith, transformation, and community redemption. Located near the Lower Downtown Dallas area, The Urban Specialists host their signature UC3 Mixer every 1st Wednesday of the month, bringing together business owners, community leaders, creatives, activists, and everyday citizens who want to see healthier, safer, more unified neighborhoods. These mixers have quickly become one of the city’s most impactful networking experiences — a place where collaboration, mentorship, and transformation meet.

Founded on the belief that cultural influence drives real change, The Urban Specialists work to invade the most influential segments of urban culture and disrupt toxic trends by offering powerful, life-changing alternatives. Their mission is clear:
